Our mildly seasoned dry batter is delicious on fish, shrimp & oysters.

Fish & Oysters: Rinse in cool water, coat in batter and fry at 350° until golden brown.

Shrimp: Soak shrimp in buttermilk overnight or use an egg wash. Coat shrimp with batter and fry at 350° until golden brown.
